胡维岳，博士，副教授。
2013年毕业于mg娱乐电子游戏网站预防医学专业，2017年在美国国家环境与健康科学研究所干细胞与表观遗传系进行博士联合培养实践，2018年获mg娱乐电子游戏网站卫生毒理学专业博士学位。毕业同年在mg娱乐电子游戏网站生殖医学国家重点实验室开展博士后研究，2021年出站后在mg娱乐电子游戏网站营养与食品卫生学系任教。
研究方向：食源性危险因素筛选和识别；食源性危险因素传代效应及表观遗传机制研究。
