李忠,教授,博士生导师是江苏省青蓝工程中青年学术带头人,现代毒理学省部共建教育部重点实验室成员,中国毒理学会食品毒理学专业委员会理事。2003-2005年,作为访问学者在美国 University of Illinois从事食品毒理学研究。先后主持国家“863”子课题、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部博士点基金、江苏省自然科学基金项目、省教育厅和省卫生厅重点项目;发表论文50余篇,其中SCI收录文章30余篇。2014年获国家教学成果二等奖。目前主要研究方向为营养毒理学与食品安全。

 

研究方向

1. 营养与肿瘤:研究膳食非营养素成分对肿瘤侵袭转移和血管生成的作用影响。

2. 营养毒理学:营养素的人体代谢产物对健康的影响,以及相关干预策略。

3. 食品安全:膳食来源植物雌激素的健康效应,探讨相关干预措施。
